1P England because his brother doesn't tend to like him (or at least is fighting with him a lot)

Peter tends to carry a jump rope and other toys around with him.
Due to people cutting his jump rope, the one he has now has a metal thread in it
Peter is rather stoic and speaks in a monotone voice, he can also be very blunt.

Sealand was siting down on the sofa in the living room. He was looking through a photo album, as he did his eyes became cloudy and a bit watery. Sealand had been somewhat cut off from the world for a while. As the days past the more clouded his eye became.
((Sealand is lonely and starting to feel depressed, but he won't admit it. I this state he might show a bit more emotion. Be careful though, you don't want him to become too irritated. ))
